Johnathan Ornelas
Rocket science has fascinated me since childhood, driving my passion for designing and improving spacecraft and aircraft. I earned my B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle and an M.S. in Space Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins. Now, as a Lead Systems Engineer at NASA JSC, I focus on systems development, architecture, test procedures, V&V, and hardware/electrical design. I’ve had the incredible opportunity to work on Europa Clipper contributing to one of NASA’s most exciting deep-space missions. Always open to new connections and discussions — feel free to reach out!
