At the LPA, our volunteers come from all different walks of life, but all share a common purpose and are committed in our mission to INSPIRE, DEVELOP and SUPPORT the Latin/a/e/o/x Aerospace and Aviation Communities. The success of our organization comes from our diverse membership and the unique skill-sets, strengths, and talents that each of our volunteers bring with them to the LPA. In addition to being an active member in our communities thru one of our many local chapters, the LPA is always looking for talented, skilled and respectful volunteers in various support roles. Each application listed below contains multiple openings within the applicable department application.
